الملخص:
يشكل علم الاصول ومبانيّه الاداة التي يستخدمها اهل العلم , للوصول الى معرفة الاحكام الجزيئية الفرعية ,وهو الذي يقوم ببناء القواعد الثابتة والرصينة التي يبنى عليها بناء التكليف , ويشكل في هذه الحياة مناط عمل الانسان ,ووصل علم الاصول في عصر العلامة الحلي الى اوج ذروته وعلى يده , ويمكن ان يقال ان التطور الذي حصل بعد عصر العلامة ما هو الا توسعة في المطالب ومنهجيتها , والتعمق في المصطلح او اطلاق مصطلح على معنى بالمطابقة , وهذا ظاهر من مصنفاته الاصولية ,و يرتبط فهم الادلة اللفظية من القرآن والسنّة على فهم اللغة العربية , ولهذا تعد اللغة العربية في غاية الاهمية عند الاصوليين والفقهاء؛ وعليه لا يمكن التوصل الى أستنباط الحكم الشرعي من الادلة اللفظية الا بفهم قواعد اللغة , ,وتعرض العلامة لأقسام الوضع في اللفظ ولم يتعرض لتعريفه, ومبحث الوضع في عصر العلامة وما قبله كان محل بحث وسجال لذا حصلت فيه نظريات , واختلف الاصوليون في حقيقة النهي بمادته وصيغته , وذهب العلامة الى ان النهي حقيقة في التحريم , واستدل العلامة بدلالة المعجزة على صدق خبر الرسول (صِّلِّىِّ آلِّلِّهِّ عَّلِّيِّهِّ وٍّآلِّهِّ وٍّسَّلِّمِّ), وقسم الاخبار الحاكية لسنة رسول الى متواتر وآحاد.

Allama Al-Hilli’s Approach and its Fundamentalist Buildings in Verbal Evidence and Others

Abstract:
The transmission used by the people of knowledge, to reach the knowledge of molecular rulings, and which builds the solid and solid foundations upon which the construction of the assignment is built, and in this life it is the focus of man’s work. After the era of the trademark, it is nothing but an expansion of the demands and its methodology, linking it to the term and the marital relationship, and this is apparent from his works.
Fundamentalism, and the sign was exposed to the sections of the situation in the pronunciation and schools and did not address its definition, and the fundamentalists differed in the reality of the prohibition with its substance and formula. On it, and after doubts about its authenticity appeared in the era of the Akhbaris, evidence for it was mentioned, and the sign was inferred by the miracle’s evidence for the truthfulness of the Messenger’s news (may God bless him and his family and grant them peace), and the news section.
The grammatical tradition of the Messenger of the Prophet (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family and peace be upon him) to Mutawatir and Ahad, as the mark relied a lot in his fundamentalist building by mentioning the authentic and mutawaatir hadiths and other fundamentalist buildings.
