الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى قياس مهارات التفكير التقويمي لدى طلبة قسم علوم الحياة في كليات التربية ، وقد اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع طلبة الصف الرابع في اقسام علوم الحياة في كليات التربية للدراسة الصباحية في جامعات(كربلاء ،و المثنى ،و القادسية ، و الكوفة) للعام الدراسي (2022-2023) ، وقد اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبواقع (165) طالبا وطالبة من جامعتي القادسية وكربلاء ، وقد اعد الباحثان اداة لتحقيق هدفي البحث وهو اختبار مهارات التفكير التقويمي و الذي تألف بصورته الاولية من (27) فقرة والتي وزعت على ثلاث مهارات رئيسة ،وتسع مهارات فرعية، وبعد التحقق من الصدق الظاهري، ومعاملات الصعوبة والتمييز، وصدق البناء لفقرات الاختبار ،والتحقق من ثبات الاختبار من خلال إيجاد معامل كيودر ريتشادرسون -20 الذي بلغ (0,814). استقر الاختبار على نفس عدد تلك الفقرات للمهارات الرئيسة والفرعية دون حذف أي منها، وقد تم تطبيق أداة البحث في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام (2022- 2023)، و كما تم إجراء التحليل والمعالجة الاحصائية بالاستعانة ببرنامج (Microsoft Excel-10) وبرنامج الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (23-SPSS) ) ، وتم التوصل من خلال النتائج الى امتلاك طلبة قسم علوم الحياة لمهارات التفكير التقويمي، كما ان تلك المهارات كان لصالح الاناث اكثر مما لدى الذكور وبناءً على ذلك قدم الباحثان بعض التوصيات منها، لفت انتباه اساتذة قسم علوم الحياة في كلية التربية الى اهمية تضمين الممارسات الدراسية والامتحانات الفصلية والنهائية بأسئلة تقيس مهارات التفكير التقويمي، وعمل ورش ودورات للكوادر التدريسية من اجل التعريف بهذا النوع من المهارات وتنميته لدى الطلبة مما ينعكس ايجابا على مستواهم العلمي ، واقترح الباحثان اجراء دراسة للكشف عن تلك المهارات لدى طلبة من مراحل تعليمية مختلفة ، او دراسة ارتباطية بين مهارات التفكير التقويمي ومتغيرات أخرى ، او دراسة ببناء برنامج تدريبي وفق مهارات التفكير التقويمي لمدرسي علم الاحياء وقياسه اثر ذلك البرنامج على متغيرات أخرى لديهم او على طلبتهم .

Evaluative Thinking skills among students of Biology in the Colleges of Education

Abstract
The study aims to measure the Evaluative Thinking skills of the students of the Department of Biology in the Colleges of Education. The researchers adopted the descriptive survey approach. The research community included all fourth-grade students in the departments of life sciences in the colleges of education for morning study in In the universities of (Karbala, Al-Muthanna, Al-Qadisiyah, and Kufa) for the academic year (2022-2023), the research sample was chosen in a simple random way, with (165) male and female students from the universities of Al-Qadisiyah and Karbala. Evaluative thinking, which consisted in its initial form of (27) items, which were distributed to three main skills, and nine sub-skills, and after verifying the face validity, the difficulty and discrimination coefficients, the construction validity of the test items, and verifying the reliability of the test by finding the Coefficient Richardson- kuder 20. which reached (0,814) , The test settled on the same number of those items for the main and sub-skills without deleting any of them, and the research tool was applied in the first semester of the year (2022-2023), Data are analyzed statistically using (SPSS-23) and (Excel 10). The study concluded that the students have the skills of evaluative thinking, and that these skills were in favor of females more than that of males. The researchers introduce some recommendations include, drawing the attention of the staff of Biology in the College of Education to the importance of including study practices and exams, include questions that measure evaluative thinking skills, and conduct workshops and courses for teaching staff in order to introduce this type of skills and develop it among students, which will reflect positively on their scientific level. The researchers suggested conducting a study to detect these skills among students from different educational stages, or a correlation study between evaluative thinking skills and other variables, or a study by building a training program according to evaluative thinking skills for biology teachers and measuring the impact of that program on other variables they have or on their students.
