الملخص:
لما كان الانسان من طبيعته يحب التغيير ويعشق الحرية والعدل والمساواة ، فقد كانت مخيلته ترنو إلى هذه الصورة المشرقة من الحياة الكريمة رغم مفارقة الواقع المعاش لها ، ومتى ما وجد الانسان الارادة الصلبة والعمل المنظم والادوات المناسبة فإنه لايال جهدا في تغيير واقعه السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي ، وقديما كان التفكير في القوة وكيفية تحصيلها بدافع التغيير بالعنف غالبا على عقول الناس, أن العنف والعنف المضاد ينشآن في بيئة من الوعي الزائف والإدراك المشوّه، فلا بد من تصحيح هذه البيئة، وتعديل الخطـاب السـياسي والإعـلامي المتأزم، وما يتبادله طرفا الصراع من كيد واتهامات ، واننا حين ننظر من بعدٍ واحد إلى ظاهرة تتحدث عن البعد السياسي لا ينتهي عند موضوع الحرية أو الشرعية بل يستوعب مجمل جوانب بناء المجتمع بوصفه مشروعاً متكاملاً، وتظل التنمية السياسية والتوازن الاجتماعي ذات قضايا متشعبة الأبعاد منها ما هي ذات صلة بالاحتلال الخارجي ومنها الأزمات الداخلية من غياب الحريات وانسداد آفاق المشــــــــاركة السياسية وعدم الاعتراف المتبادل وتعطيل آلية الحوار وانعدام تكافؤ الفرص.
مما يبدو إن العنف السياسي هو جوهر الأزمة الحاضرة في غالب مجتمعات العالم الإسلامي، ويكاد أن يكون قرين العمل السياسي في كثير من الدول الإسلامية مع اختلاف في التفاصيل ما بين دولة وأخرى، ولا شك أننا بحاجة ماسة إلى دراسة هذه المشكلات المعاصرة وفهم أبعادها جميعا.
