فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التنمية البشرية لتنمية مهارات التدريس عند طلبة اقسام اللغة العربية في كليات التربية

الملخص:
هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التنمية البشرية لتنمية مهارات التدريس عند طلبة اقسام اللغة العربية في كليات التربية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اختار الباحث لبحثه تصميماً تجريبياً ذا ضابط جزئي يتكون من مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، وحدد الباحث كلية التربية ابن رشد/ جامعة بغداد– قسم اللغة العربية مكاناً لإجراء التجربة للسنة الدراسية 2017-2018، إذ يضم قسم ثلاث قاعات دراسية للصف الرابع ، وبطريقة قصدية اختيرت القاعة (ج) لتكون مجموعة تجريبية تدرس على التنمية البشرية، ووقع الاختيار على القاعة (ب) وتكونت عينة البحث من(32) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالأسلوب العشوائي بواقع (16) طالب وطالبة للمجموعة التجريبية والضابطة.
وكافأ الباحث بين طلبة المجموعتين في عدد من المتغيرات (الاختبار القبلي لمهارات التدريس، القدرة العقلية، ودرجة مادة طرائق التدريس في الصف الثالث، المعدل العام للمرحلة الثالثة، التحصيل الدراسي للوالدين). وأعد الباحث اداتين للبحث.
الاولى: اختبار لمهارات التدريس تضمن (30) فقرة اختبارية، وتم التحقق من صدق الاختبار بعرضه على مجموعة من المتخصصين والخبراء والمحكمين، وتم استخراج متوسط زمن الاجابة، ومستوى الصعوبة وقوة التمييز للفقرات، وتم التحقق من ثباته بطريقة التجزئة النصفية.
الثانية: بطاقة الملاحظة لتقويم اداء الطلبة- المدرسين، وتألفت من (40) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدقها بعرضها على مجموعة من المتخصصين والخبراء والمحكمين، وتم استخراج ثباتها بطريقة اتفاق الملاحظين (نسبة الاتفاق). بدأ الباحث بتنفيذ تجربته يوم الاثنين يوم الموافق 23/10/2017، وانتهت في يوم الاربعاء الموافق 13/12/2017،، وباستعمال اختبار مان – ويتني Mann Whitney Test)) واختبار ولكوكسون استخرج الباحث النتائج، واسفر البحث عن النتائج الآتية:
1. وجود فرقاً ذا دلالة إحصائية للاختبار البعدي لمهارات التدريس ولصالح افراد المجموعة التجريبية، إذ كانت قيمة مان- ويتني المحسوبة اصغر من القيمة الجدولية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05).
2. وجود ذا دلالة إحصائية في اداء مهارات التدريس ولصالح افراد المجموعة التجريبية، إذ كانت قيمة مان- ويتني المحسوبة اصغر من القيمة الجدولية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث استنتج الباحث بأن للبرنامج التدريبي فاعلية واضحة في تنمية مهارات التدريس عند الطلبة اقسام اللغة العربية في كليات التربية.
ومن خلال هذه الاستنتاج قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات واقترحا إجراء دراسات مكملة للبحث الحالي.
Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on human development to develop teaching skills for students of Arabic language departments in colleges of education, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher has chosen for his research an experimental design with a partial control consisting of two groups, one is experimental and the other is control, and the researcher has identified the College of Education Ibn Rushd / University of Baghdad – Department of Arabic Language is a place to conduct the experiment for the academic year 2017-2018, as the department includes three classrooms for the fourth grade, and intentionally way Hall (C) was chosen to be an experimental group studying human development, and the choice fell on Hall (B) and the research sample consisted of (32) male and female students were randomly chosen, with 16 male and female students from the experimental and control group.
The researcher rewarded the students of the two groups with a number of variables (the pre-test of teaching skills, mental ability, the degree of teaching methods in the third grade, the general average of the third stage, the academic achievement of the parents). The researcher prepared two research tools.
The first: a test of teaching skills that included (30) test items, and the validity of the test was verified by presenting it to a group of specialists, experts and arbitrators, and the average response time, level of difficulty and strength of discrimination of the paragraphs were extracted, and its validity was verified by the midterm fragmentation method.
The second: The observation card to evaluate the performance of students – teachers. It consisted of (40) items, and its validity was verified by presenting it to a group of specialists, experts, and arbitrators, and its validity was extracted by way of observation agreement (agreement ratio). The researcher started to implement his experiment on Monday 23/10/2017, and ended on Wednesday, 12/12/2017, using the Mann Whitney Test and the Coxon test. The researcher extracted the results, and the search resulted in the following results:
1. The presence of a statistically significant difference for the post-test of teaching skills and for the benefit of the members of the experimental group, as the calculated value of Man-Whitney was smaller than the tabular value at the level of significance (0.05).

In the light of the research results, the researcher concluded that the training program has a clear effectiveness in developing teaching skills among students in the Arabic language departments in colleges of education.
Through this conclusion, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggested conducting studies complementary to the current research.
