الملخص:
لقد اجتاح الوباء المسمى بفايروس كورونا العالم اجمع وأغلقت بسببه المدن والشوارع وذلك للحد من انتشاره وكان سبباً حقيقاً لموت العدد الكبير من البشر، وبعد أن خفت قوته لجأ العالم الى فتح المدن وعودة الحياة الى طبيعتها مع اخذ الحيطة والحذر من انتشاره مرة اخرى، ومن هذه الامور الاحتياطية التي دعى اليها الاطباء ما يلامس عادات وتقاليد نشأ عليها الصغير وشاب عليها الكبير، ومنها ما له حكم شرعي لايمكن اغفاله.
فهذا ما دفعنا لدراسة بعض المسائل وتخريجها على قاعدة الاحتياط، وهي قاعدة استعملها جمهور العلماء من زمن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم والى زماننا هذا وذلك لإيجاد المخرج الشرعي للوضع الجديد في مساجدنا ومجالسنا، فبحثي هذا (قاعدة الاحتياط واثرها في ظل جائحة كورونا) هو محاولة لتثبيت قاعدة أصولية تنبني عليها أحكام شرعية وفق ضوابط تقوم بها الحجة على شرعيتها، وتعرضت في بحثي إلى أهم الضوابط التي ذكرها علماء الأصول في العمل بهذه القاعدة ثم بينت ذلك في الفروع الفقهية من خلال التطبيقات التي أجريتها على المسائل، متوخياً في طرحي الابتعاد عن الحشو والأطالة وسهولة العبارة.

Abstract:
The epidemic called Corona virus has invaded the whole world and closed due to its spread and in the same way through its spread. This was the real event of the death of a large number of people, and after it subsided, then, after the strength of humans decreased, and after it subsided, the world began to open cities and return Life returns to normal, while taking caution about its spread, Najma, and among these precautionary matters that the doctors have called upon is what touches the customs and traditions on which the young and the old have grown up, what has a legal ruling that cannot be overlooked.
This is what motivated us to study some issues and graduate them on the basis of precaution, which is a rule that the majority of scholars have used from the time of the companions, may god be pleased with them, and until this time in order to find a legitimate way out for the new situation in our mosques and councils, so my research (the rule of precaution and its impact in light of the corona pandemic) is an attempt to establish a rule fundamentalism on which legal rulings are based according to the controls that the argument makes on its legitimacy, and in my research i dealt with the most important controls mentioned by the scholars of origins in working with this rule.
