الملخص:
مع بدء الالفية الجديدة زاد الحديث عن العولمة و كيف دخل العالم مرحلة جديدة تزول منه الحدود والحواجز وانها تبشر بعالم عديم الجنسية و ستتحول فيه السلطة من الدولة القومية الى الشركات متعددة الجنسية والسوق المفتوحة وكانت المؤشرات كلها تدعم فكرة ان العولمة تسير على قدم وساق ،الا ان هذه العولمة واجهت مشاكل تصاعدت حدتها الى حد وصلت الى مرحلة اخذت تطرح توجهات تؤكد تراجعها واحيانا نهايتها ،وهو ما يحاول البحث تناوله بناء على فرضية انه يمكن الحديث عن العولمة من خلال مؤشراتها الا ان ذات هذه المؤشرات اضحت دليل على تراجعها .

Abstract
With the beginning of the new millennium there was a rise on the arguments on Globalization ,and how the world entered a new phase were there would be no more boundaries and no more barriers ,a world with on more nationalities , and the power would be transferred from the nation state to the trans national companies and open market . All the indicators were pointing that globalization was on the right road, but it faced problems and handicaps escalated in intensity to the point that some started to speculate its success and emphasizing its decline and sometimes its end .This is what the research is trying to deal with on the assumption that we can talk about globalization through its indicators and these are also the proof of its decline.
